If you have not already notified your insurance company of your claim, then we recommend you do so urgently. This needs to be in accordance with the notification process detailed within your insurance contract.
If you have not done so or have done this incorrectly then your insurance company may refuse your claim on a technicality known as late notification of loss.

We will provide you with a receipt and assess your insurance policy. We will advise whether we consider their claim has merit. If it does, then we will provide our no win no fee terms for you to consider and accept.
