What do we offer?
BII Claims Services
The primary service BII Claims provide is the review of your business insurance policy to analyse whether your insurance policy should be covering you for business interruption. There is a fee for this. If it should then we will fight your case with your insurance company to ensure cover is agreed and you receive the payout under the policy for the losses your business has suffered as a result of COVID-19. We will be paying particular attention to whether there is cover as a result of denial of access and notifiable disease / infectious disease. We will assist you through the entire process from reviewing the policy, initial enquiries with your insurer, the claims notification process, collating evidence, quantifying your loss and the Court process should it become necessary.
Helping Businesses Through Covid-19
Businesses that have suffered loss due to the interruption COVID-19 has caused to their business will benefit from BII Claims’ services. We will fight your insurer for cover and ensure you are awarded the payout under the insurance policy you deserve. We recommend you get in touch with BII Claims as soon as possible in order to consider your claim. Many policies require notification of the claim within a small timeframe and the sooner we are instructed the sooner we can work to get the financial help that you are entitled to.
Our services can be accessed through the contact us page or by calling 0121 450 7800 or emailing email@example.com with a copy of your insurance policy and insurance schedule. You can upload your insurance policy details at any time on our website (or by email) and - if you agree to our initial assessment fee of £500 +VAT - we aim to review your policy and revert to you within 48 hours. All that we require initially is a copy of your business insurance policy and schedule which will have been provided to you by your insurer or your insurance broker.

More About Us.
BII Claims are a specialist team of lawyers who are fighting for clients that have business interruption insurance which should cover for losses caused by COVID-19.
BII Claims offer experience, expertise and results to clients in financial need as a result of the effects COVID-19 has had on their business. We offer a range of funding options to bring your claim, including where available on a “no win no fee” basis.
Clients interested in our services include businesses, not limited to Limited companies, partnerships and sole traders who have seen an interruption to their business as a result of COVID-19 and the measures put in place by the Government to contain it. If they took out business interruption insurance then their policy may cover their losses, despite what their insurance company or insurance broker have told them.
We recommend you get in touch with us as soon as possible as some insurance policies set a short amount of time in order to make a claim from when the losses began. You can upload your insurance policy details at any time on our website (or by email) and we aim to review your policy and revert to you within 48 hours.
These claims are complex, and insurers have been refusing cover on a mass scale. This is a difficult time for businesses, and we want to allow you to focus on your business instead of complex insurance policies and the claims processes with your insurer. There is an initial assessment fee of £500 +VAT for us to review your documentation. If we believe that you are entitled to make a claim, then we are prepared to take on claims on a “no win no fee” basis where eligible.
